Pete brings decades of barbecue experience to your event. Big Belly BBQ’s story reaches back to competition wins beginning in 1981, with a love of slow-smoked meats that carries into every gathering.

From smaller events needing around 20 chicken halves to gatherings of up to 1,000 guests, the focus stays the same: food quality, careful timing, and dependable service.
